THE LEGACY

My tenure at Mosaic is now complete. The legacy I leave behind is solid and intact because myself and three other individuals have installed a brand new A/C unit at the Mott Autorium (the location of Mosaic Pasadena)! OK, bare with some of the sarcasim here ...

Up until today the autorium didn't have working A/C and the temperatures on a Sunday morning easily got into the mid-80's inside the heat box that is "the mott" but no more!

For about seven hours today we set up two units on seperate sides of the building. Each unit runs some where in the price range of $30,000 to go along with a brand new generator that was right around the $10,000 amount. Mosaic just signed a seven year lease on the building so thus, the reason for finally putting in the brand new units.

Most of the day was spent trying to cut the plywood correctly to fit the air duct vents from the unit. We also got to create holes in walls for the air ducts into the 70 year autorium. Yes, it is one old building. Oh man ... Fun Times!
