LUNCH FOR THE OFFICE

So what do you get when you put four guys and girl in a kitchen with three hours to cook food for roughly 35 people? Pretty much madness occurs!

It was a great thought. As a gift to the paid staff at Mosaic, let's cook up some chicken and steak fajitas for their lunch after their weekly office meeting. Fortunately for all the interns the cooking turned out to be a success.

We cooked up about 15 pounds of chicken and 10 pounds of steak along with massive amounts of rice and beans for Monday's lunch. Chopping onions and peppers and oh yeah, we also made up our own guacamole dip!

After slaving over a oven for about 2 1/2 hours everything was complete and the meal must have cooked well because we recieved no complaits from any of the office staff!
